INVITATION TO FILM SCREENING OF ‘RADIANCE OF RESISTANCE

(2 Suns) Shamsaan, is delighted to invite you to the film screening of ‘Radiance of Resistance’ with JANNA JIHAD, who at 12 years old, is the youngest officially registered journalist in the world. 

‘Radiance of Resistance’ is a 59 minute documentary that tells the story of 9 year old Janna and 14 year old Ahed Tamimi who live under military occupation in Nabi Saleh, Palestine. The film takes an intimate look at their everyday lives and their importance as the new generation of Palestinian non-violent resistance. 

Your attendance at this event in Johannesburg will provide an invaluable opportunity to get to know realities in daily life of this young activist who has been named in an Israeli ministerial report, a great national security threat. She will be screening excerpts from documentaries that feature her followed by an opportunity for personal discussion and engagement with her during a Q & A session.
